I’m a mouse guy for some controls. Depending on the Date Control, it depends on the program. I tried to make mine as straightforward as possible with a few cool shortcuts. I was going through the help file and found that some of you might benefit from these little things.
The Manual Date Selectors in MintToReport are easy ways to enter dates manually that the Date Range Popup doesn’t cover. You can manually type your dates into the From and To boxes or use the Drop Down Calendar, which has its own hidden gems. Click on the ‘Down Arrows’ to bring up the Dropdown calendar.
- You can use the arrow buttons to jump to the next and previous months
- Use the Dot between the arrow to jump to today’s date
- Use the Month Label to bring down a selectable month.
- Or the Year label to select the year.
While they are not as simple as the one-click Date Range Popup, they are pretty smart for those who like to use their mouse.
